Palm Beach Gardens has long been a popular spot with the golfing crowd.  We have plenty of great, private clubs here offering every style of venue you might like.

The Gardens is also known for its shopping at The Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens, Legacy Place and Midtown at the Gardens.  In The Gardens Mall you will find Saks, Macy's & Nordstrom's.  But one of the other big attractions in the Gardens are the restaurants along the Intracoastal Waterway near PGA Blvd..



The Intracoastal connects Jupiter to North Palm Beach and along the way passes PGA Boulevard.  Here are four great restaurants offering completely different menus.  On the north side you will find The River House and Seasons 52.  These spots are a little more formal than the others.

On the south side you will find The Waterway Cafe and Panama Hattie's with its Rum Bar.  Dining along the water in the evening is magical.  We always have great ocean breezes and there is enough boat traffic to keep you entertained.  Need to know more?

Palm Beach Gardens homes for sale, the Honda Classic

Palm Beach Gardens is called the Golf Capital of the World...and for good reason.  Golf course homes are sprinkled over many different clubs like BallenIsles Country Club, Old Palm, Old Marsh, Mirasol, and of course PGA National.  This week, the PGA National Resort & Spa is hosting the Honda Classic.



The Honda Classic moved to this area from Broward County to the south where it was held at Heron Bay.  When it arrived here it was headquartered at Mirasol, a new luxury community who used the publicity to sell homes.  When the sales were nearly finished, the tournament moved across the street to PGA.

Homes for sale in PGA National are wrapped around the five golf courses.  The tournament is played on "The Champion" and the place is buzzing with activity this week, especially since this is the first time cell phones are allowed in tournaments.

Palm Beach Gardens homes for sale: Mirasol County Club

Palm Beach Gardens homes for sale encompass many different lifestyles but the predominant one is the golfing country club lifestyle.  One of the newest clubs is the Country Club at Mirasol.

Built on about 2,500 acres of land along PGA Boulevard and the Florida Turnpike, Mirasol turned what was an undeveloped parcel into a luxury community of 25 individual villages wrapped around two golf courses, "The Sunrise" and "The Sunset".  Homes for sale in Mirasol run from the mid-$500's to several million depending on size and location.

Marina Gardens is a waterfront community in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens overlooking protected Soverel Harbour.  Soverel Harbour offers safe dockage for yachts to over 100 ft.  Along the edge of the Harbour, Marina Gardens townhouses have fabulous, three-story views of the yachts.

PGA National community: The Island

PGA National is a planned community of 2,340 acres located in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens and near other communities like Mirasol and BallenIsles. Homes in PGA National include single family homes, townhouses and villas and condos. With around 5,000 homes, there is something available at every price point.

On the western side of PGA, the development melds into the natural preserve areas and here you will find the neighborhood of The Island.

The Island is a small enclave of single family homes surrounded by natural areas and with a private gate.
