Lee Westwood now keeps his clubs at Old Palm

Palm Beach Gardens has been called the golf capital of the world.  Some of the seniors like Lee Trevino, Mark Calcavecchia and Nick Price along with Greg Norman have been here for years.  But when Tiger Woods moved to Jupiter Island, it opened the flood gates for the young turks on the tour to move here.

Rickie Fowler lives in Jupiter along with Keegan Bradley.  My friend recently ran into him buying a smoothie and took this shot.

Steve Marino lives on the river in Tequesta. And recently Rory McIlroy plunked down close to $ 10 million for an Intracoastal home in Palm Beach Gardens.  A short distance to the north Luke Donald is hanging his bag in a home along the waterfront too.

Now, Lee Westwood has joined us here in PBG with the purchase of a $ 5.8 million dollar property in Old Palm, Ray Floyd's club on PGA Boulevard.  And with these notable residents playing, the Honda Classic has grown into a major event on the PGA Tour.

Of course, these properties pale in comparison to the $ 25 million Tony Robbins spent on an oceanfront estate south of Palm Beach.

To find out what these folks know about this area and why you may want to join us here, contact me at 561-762-4073.  Not sure you really want to talk to me?  That's OK, just send me an email.
